About Me

I’m Alex, a self-taught photographer originally from the US and now based in Greater Manchester. I tend to have my camera with me wherever I go. Photography keeps me present, encourages me to notice the little things, and helps me appreciate the beauty in everyday life.

I love to travel, and some of my favourite photographs have been taken on adventures around the UK and abroad.

More recently, I’ve found a love for portrait photography.  What started with self-portraits and regularly roping my husband and dog into modeling for me has grown into photographing friends and people in my community. That doesn’t mean my husband and dog are getting out of modeling duties anytime soon.
